Terms of sale

1. Who sells what

FYVLO’s paid plans are offered by TR Insight, whose full identity is in the legal notice. They give access to convenience features; keeping accounts, collaborating, balances and basic export remain free.

2. Plans and prices

• Essential — €2.99 a month or €29.99 a year, renewed automatically until cancelled. Premium features in all your trips and households, and 30 scans a month.
• Plus — €5.99 a month or €59.99 a year, renewed automatically until cancelled. Everything in Essential, 100 scans a month, bulk import and a summary of all your spaces.
• Trip Pass — €4.99 in a single payment, for 60 days, with no renewal. One premium trip for 60 days, with 50 scans for the whole group.

Prices include all taxes. VAT: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase is the one that applies; it may differ slightly depending on your country and currency.

3. How to buy

Purchases are made in the app, through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The store takes the payment: FYVLO never sees or keeps your bank details. The store’s terms apply to the payment, in addition to these.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Essential and Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which you keep.

For a yearly subscription, you are notified before renewal, as required by article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code. If a subscription is ever sold directly on the website, a “Cancel my subscription” function will be available there in a few clicks (art. L215-1-1).

The Trip Pass is a one-off purchase: it never renews and needs no cancellation.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason (art. L221-18). If you ask to use the plan immediately, you confirm this at purchase: if you then withdraw, you pay only for the period already elapsed (art. L221-25). Once the service has been fully provided with your express consent, withdrawal is no longer possible (art. L221-28).

6. Refunds

As payments are taken by the store, the store issues refunds. To request one: on iPhone, via reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your Google Play order history. If the store refuses a request you’re entitled to under withdrawal or the guarantee, contact us: we’ll help you get it.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Paid features must match what is advertised for the whole subscription (art. L224-25-12 et seq.). In case of a defect, you can have it fixed, or failing that get a price reduction or cancel the contract. This guarantee adds to the right of withdrawal and cannot be excluded.

8. When a plan ends

When a plan ends or is cancelled, your spaces, expenses and balances stay accessible. Only convenience features return to the free plan’s limits. No data is held back to make you renew.

9. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us at contact@fyvlo.app. If the disagreement persists, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator (art. L612-1): the mediator will be appointed before sales open.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the European Union country where you live.

11. If you buy for your business

The features, prices, durations and renewal terms of the plans are those stated above and in the store at the time of purchase. The purchases currently planned are paid on order through the App Store or Google Play: FYVLO offers neither deferred payment nor early-payment discounts. The consumer right of withdrawal described in point 5 doesn’t apply to a purchase made for your business, except where the law provides otherwise.

If business payment by invoice is offered later, its payment terms and late-payment penalty rate will be stated before ordering. In case of late payment, the statutory flat fee of €40 for collection costs will be due, without prejudice to further justified costs. No transfer of ownership of goods is involved: FYVLO provides access to a digital service. Disputes fall under the competent court according to the applicable rules.

12. Model withdrawal form for consumers
