Cookies and storage

1. What is strictly necessary
To keep you signed in, avoid losing what you typed, work offline and remember your preferences, FYVLO uses strictly necessary cookies and storage. The law exempts them from consent (French Data Protection Act, art. 82; CNIL guidelines).
FYVLO contains no advertising or social network tools, and doesn’t track your activity on other sites. Fonts are served from FYVLO.
2. Audience measurement, only with your consent
If you accept it in the banner, FYVLO measures visits to the site and web app to learn what’s useful and improve it: pages viewed (as a pattern, with no space ID), the domain of the site you came from, campaign parameters (utm_*), device type, clicks on buttons leading to the app, display speed, and the “guest created” and “account created” steps. Never the content of your expenses, your name or your email address.
The tool is PostHog, hosted in the European Union; data goes straight from your browser to it. It’s tied to a random identifier, unrelated to your account, kept for at most 13 months. Without your consent, nothing is sent and none of these cookies is set. Declining has no effect on the service.

4. In the mobile app
The app uses your phone’s secure storage for the same reasons: your session, your drafts, offline use. It doesn’t access the device’s advertising identifier and doesn’t track you from one app to another. Notifications are only on if you allow them.
5. Erase everything
You can delete these items at any time from your browser settings. Careful: erasing the data of an unsaved guest account makes it unrecoverable, along with its spaces. To leave completely, delete your account.
