FYVLO’s Detail screen: dinner at Le Petit Port, €186, and for each item, who had it.
The receipt for dinner at Le Petit Port, €186, read by FYVLO: each item goes to whoever had it.

What everyone pays

The bill arrives.

€186 ÷ 4= €46.50

Each. Even Léa, who only had a salad and a coffee.

With FYVLO, the receipt is cut where each person’s share ends. Léa pays €14.50. Not the lobster. Down to the cent.

  • Thomas€65.50
  • Hugo€65.50
  • Camille€40.50
  • Léa€14.50

Three taps.
Zero maths.

  1. Snap the receipt.

FYVLO reads every line and checks the total adds up. Receipt too long? Up to 8 photos, put back in order. No receipt? Just type the amount.

  2. Everyone ticks what they had.

In the app, or from a simple link: your friends tick their items with no account and nothing to install. A bottle for three? Tick all three.

  3. FYVLO does the maths.

Shares land to the cent, the trip’s balances update, and FYVLO suggests as few transfers as possible to settle up.

A space for
every “us”.

Weekends with friends, flatmates, couples, family: everyone has their own accounts, nothing gets mixed up.

  • Trips

Weekends, holidays, hen parties. Everyone pays in turn, you settle up when you’re home.

FYVLO’s home: your trips and what you’re owed.
  • Flatshares

Rent, groceries, bills: everyone’s month made clear, no shared spreadsheet.

The Oberkampf flatshare: the current month and everyone’s share.
  • Couples

Equally, by shares or item by item: your rule, not ours.

“The two of us”: the couple’s expenses, month by month.
  • Families

Groceries, outings, holidays at the grandparents’. Who paid for what, without thinking about it.

The Martin family: the month’s expenses and everyone’s share.

And everything
that comes with it.

As few transfers as possible.

A weekend for four, €566.80 of expenses: three transfers, and everyone’s square.

  1. LÉLéa pays €44.90 back to CamilleCA
  2. HUHugo pays €15.40 back to CamilleCA
  3. HUHugo pays €25.30 back to ThomasTH

Every currency in its place.

The taxi in dirhams, the hotel in euros: each expense keeps its currency and rate.

Even with no signal.

In a hidden cove or on the plane, add your expenses: they all go out as soon as you’re back online.

Paid back? Confirmed.

You record your transfer, the other person confirms they got it. Balances update on their own.

Your data stays yours.

Nothing is sold. CSV export whenever you like, account deletion in one tap.

All help
Is FYVLO free?

Yes. Creating spaces, adding expenses, splitting items and tracking balances is free, with no ads. With a free account you also get 5 receipt scans to try. Premium plans are on the way: nothing is for sale yet.

Does everyone have to install the app?

No. You can share a link to a receipt: everyone ticks their items from their browser, with no account and without seeing the group’s other expenses. FYVLO also works on the web.

Does a receipt with several photos count as several scans?

No: 1 scan = 1 receipt, even with several photos or pages sent together (up to 8). A subscription’s scans are a single allowance for all your spaces: adding participants doesn’t create more. Manual splitting stays free and unlimited.

What if we didn’t all have the same thing?

That’s the whole point. You assign each item to the right people: a dish for you, a bottle for three, groceries for everyone. FYVLO works out the shares to the cent. Equal splits, splits by shares and exact amounts are there too.

Who can see my expenses and receipts?

Participants see their space’s data. A receipt link only gives access to that receipt. Analysing a photo sends it to Google only when you start it. For an AI assistant, you choose the spaces and permissions, which you can revoke from FYVLO.

Does FYVLO make the repayments?

No. FYVLO works out who owes how much to whom and tracks the repayments people record, which the other person confirms. The money is settled outside the app, however you like. No connection to your bank account is needed.
